According to a tweet by T-Mobile CEO John Legere, T-Mobile might be increasing its role in Apple’s mobile ecosystem.
What has two thumbs and is excited for October 22? #thisguy http://t.co/gQvJ1a1axD

Legere’s tweet sharing his excitement links to an article about Apple’s announcement of its October 22 press event–you know, the one that probably involves iPads. At the moment, T-Mobile is the only major U.S. carrier that isn’t selling cellular-enabled models of Apple’s tablet.
Of course, nothing’s been announced yet, and given how privacy-conscious Apple is, that tweet is probably the most about the situation that we’ll get out of Legere before the 22nd.
