Several BlackBerry users were up in arms over a recent email blast from T-Mobile that encouraged them to “upgrade” to an iPhone 5. Now, T-Mobile CEO John Legere is letting customers know that he hears them “loud and clear.”
Last week, T-Mobile sent an email that noted a “great offer for BlackBerry customers,” which angered at least a few loyal BlackBerry users.
Legere, who utilizes Twitter both as a marketing tool and as a way to take shots at competitors, responded to the complaints via his Twitter feed:

This was by far my favorite response from Legere:

This is an interesting way for a CEO to respond to complaints from customers, and based on some responses, it appears that Legere put out at least a few fires with his tweets.
As of now, T-Mobile is selling the BlackBerry Curve 9315 on its online store, in addition to a refurbished BlackBerry Q10.
