OMG, so this happened — a man with a zombie, child-size doll in his passenger seat was pulled over by a Washington State Patrol officer near Tacoma.

The driver was not let off despite his creativity and Halloween spirit. He got a $136 ticket, though they did note that he got a break for the lack of a car seat.
