Sci-fi spring fever is in full effect for fans of two of the biggest hits on television: “Westworld” and “The Handmaid’s Tale.” Lucky for us, there are two new trailers to help satisfy cravings for the next few weeks.
A week after teasing what’s to come on the second season of “Westworld,” HBO dropped a trailer Thursday morning that shows Bernard (Jeffrey Wright) and Dolores (Evan Rachel Wood) discussing dreams — while bodies are shown washed up on a beach somewhere.

“There is beauty in what we are,” Dolores says, as scenes unfold that appear to show a coming war between the androids of the Wild West-themed park, and the humans who programmed them. “It’s us or them.”
Bonus points for the dramatic score throughout the trailer: a haunting take on Nirvana’s “Heart Shaped Box.”
On Wednesday, Hulu showed off what’s to come from its streaming hit, “The Handmaid’s Tale.” The show made history last fall when it became the first streaming program to win the best drama Emmy Award.
“Is this what freedom looks like?” asks Offred (Elisabeth Moss) at the beginning of the clip. Let’s hope not, because on the heels of season one’s dystopian gloom, it still looks pretty terrifying.
