  • Utilizing telehealth, such as MDLIVE through Regence, is especially important if you have COVID-19 symptoms, or if you’re seeking non-emergency medical care but want to limit your potential exposure. Keep in mind that most plans require you to set up an account in advance, so be sure you’re set up now if you expect you might need access to telehealth.
  • During these uncertain times, remember to take advantage of the benefits available through your employee assistance plan (EAP). ALLtech member companies enrolled in medical coverage receive access at no additional cost to Wellspring EAP, a Seattle nonprofit that is focused on improving members’ quality of life through counseling, legal and financial services, and much more.
