Through what could be a long and lonely winter for many, GeekWire’s exclusive partners at ALLtech Benefits are providing members with an array of diverse mental health resources.

ALLtech offers a broad range of insurance plans designed specifically to meet the needs of both employers and their employees at growing Washington tech businesses. Whether you have two employees or more than 100, ALLtech offers benefits that are focused on keeping your workplace healthy and well —both physically and mentally.

Online Therapy Through MDLIVE

Available to GeekWire members, ALLtech offers medical coverage through the Regence* BlueShield network — one of the broadest and most-established networks in Washington, including 24/7 access to primary care telehealth through MDLIVE. Through ALLtech, members also can utilize MDLIVE to visit with a counselor or psychiatrist for confidential, convenient online therapy, available 24/7 no matter where you are by phone, secure video or via the MDLIVE app.

And starting in 2021, the co-pay cost for members on most ALLtech plans will be $0 for virtual care through MDLIVE, which can also treat a range of non-emergency conditions including cold/flu, allergies, headaches and more.

Virtual Counseling 2/47 through BetterHelp

ALLtech also partners with Seattle-based nonprofit Wellspring EAP to offer an employee assistance plan (EAP) that includes one-on-one meetings with a counselor and an extensive online platform, featuring stress-reduction webinars and videos, legal and financial resources and more.

This year, Wellspring diversified its services by offering members access to behavioral health counseling via phone, video, email or text at no additional cost through BetterHelp.

BetterHelp works with more than 5,000 counselors worldwide to make professional counseling available anytime, anywhere, through a computer, tablet or smartphone. By offering both live and scheduled appointments, BetterHelp further enhances the valuable resources already available to ALLtech members through Wellspring.

Manage Stress with the Livongo App

If you’re looking for easily accessible resources to help you stay mentally strong, ALLtech members have free access through the end of 2020 to web and mobile tools from Livongo for Behavioral Health powered by myStrength.

The app offers personalized resources to improve your mood, featuring resources for managing heightened stress and uncertainty brought on by the COVID-19 threat, including:

  • Strategies to manage heightened stress
  • Tips for parenting during challenging times
  • Ideas to manage social isolation
  • Other tools and information for emotional support

Additional Resources through Regence

For ALLtech members in need of additional mental health resources, Regence offers access to Quartet, which can help you find mental health care that’s covered by your ALLtech plan.

The free and confidential platform matches you to care that’s right for you based on your needs and preferences, and gives you access to a customer service team that can help you understand your care options, get help with your appointments and more.

Regence also has integrated Case Management into all ALLtech medical plans to help members who may need assistance navigating the health system, especially for individuals or families dealing with a serious illness or injury. Case workers help members work with their care team to create an appropriate treatment plan and can work with behavioral health clinicians to help with chemical dependency, depression and other chronic conditions.

It’s Open Enrollment! Get a Quote Today

In addition to the above benefits, ALLtech also offers diverse plans from Delta Dental of Washington, VSP Vision Care Inc. and The Standard for life/AD&D. With open enrollment under way for many companies, now is the time to review your current employee benefits plan and consider getting a quote through ALLtech.

ALLtech leverages its unique trust model to negotiate favorable rates to provide the most competitive, cost-effective plans available, tailored specifically for companies engaged in software, digital media, e-commerce, gaming, telecommunications, wireless technologies and other emerging areas.

ALLtech insurance is available exclusively to GeekWire members.
